General Custer muscle car
The Custer, like all muscle cars, has wheels that want to keep following grooves in dirt trails, shoulders of roads, etc even though you're steering a different direction. That makes it a pain to drive as a start. Now toss it into tornado winds that bat you around like a cat toy, and it'll feel like its possessed, constantly going wherever it wants to go like a cat while you fight to point it in the right direction.
The race starts off with competitors that willingly ram into you, sometimes taking you off the road. If that happens early on, just restart. If you can get past them, then you have to contend with driving on the narrow dirt trails, which the Custer wants to hunt all over along. Some sharp, blind turns, some blocked vision, random junk falling in your path (anyone of which could land right on you and ruin your race) ... you'll either love it or hate it.
If the Custer proves too much of an annoyance, then skip over the Stormrider and try the Statospheric once you get it. It has enough weight to stay on the road. If you try this race with the Bandit (the other off-road muscle car) then expect it to go all over the place as the light-weight front end plus the winds will shift it all over the place.
